In the garage  floor shelters are the fastest most cost effective way to provide safety for you and your family, constructed of 10 gauge and ¼ “ steel, 100% welded inside and out as well as coated with coal tar epoxy covering for waterproofing. 
Our in the garage floor shelters come in some basic models and sizes, as well if you would like we have some options for hidden gun and valuable storage.
Both lids are removable in an emergency, the main opening lid rolls on sealed roller bearings for ease of operation. Usually these are centered under either parking bay of the garage, however we can custom install in different locations around the garage for ease of access or hidden access. We do not recommend driving over the shelter lids over the long haul, however they can be.
We also install a mechanical ratchet on the inside so should debris be on the lid you can still easily open it. Our in the garage floor shelters come in 2 main sizes, however we can build custom to accommodate any request.
Our two main sizes are Medium 4’6” tall x 3’ wide x 6’ long and our Large 5’ tall x 5’ wide x 8’ long. In the floor shelters are fully encapsulated in concrete to prevent floating or lifting.
Our smaller shelters can be installed with a steel rim to hide the concrete cut footprint, the large shelter requires a 1’ fill area of concrete around it, which will be trowel finished to match existing concrete.
